Maintain a strong relationship with the clients and build trust among them.
Discuss the primary financial goals of clients and help them achieve these goals.
Manage clients’ investment portfolios to provide them with guaranteed financial success.
Conduct risk assessments on the investment options and report them to the client.
Follow stringent banking protocols and policies.
Develop presentations for clients and help them understand how the bank can help them

1 year of experience in sales
BFSI Experience Preferred

Grievance handling: Formally addressing employee complaints, concerns, or disputes
